Common questions

What is a full-service small business website?
I build the site, host it, and stay the person you call when hours, menus, or photos need changing—or when something breaks. Same inbox from first page to year five.
How much does a small business website cost in Edmonton?
Builds typically land between $2,200 and $5,200 CAD. Simple brochure sites sit toward the low end; fuller sites with staff CMS toward the high end. Exact scope and price come in a written quote after intake.
Do you include hosting?
Yes. Hosting, the HTTPS padlock (SSL certificate), and uptime are part of ongoing care after launch—typically $99–$159 per month depending on scope.
Do you build online stores or booking systems?
Online stores, booking engines, and multi-language builds are scoped separately—ask and I’ll tell you straight whether it fits, and what it would take.
How long does a build take?
A standard site usually ships in about 3 weeks after content is ready; fuller builds can take up to about 2 months. Timeline is confirmed in writing with the quote. Direction comes before coding; the build deposit starts when we’re ready to write code.
When do I pay?
We align on direction first (look, page list, content). A 50% deposit starts coding; the balance is due at launch. Ongoing care (hosting and updates) starts after launch.
